The Mediterranean Diet

The LA Times posted this article Eat like a Mediterranean – but how?  Liz and I loved this article!  It  references scientific evidence and supports a style of eating that promotes more mono-unsaturated fats,  fruits and vegetables.  Take a look and see if there are aspects of your diet that could benefit from this diaita!
