Tip #2 for a healthy new year
Add something to your diet instead of just taking things away.
When we start thinking of making healthy lifestyle changes we often think only about what we need to take out. It is really nice to have attainable goals that involve adding something into our daily routine. Many of us don’t consume 2 fruits everyday or drink enough fluids. Have a goal of staying hydrated will make you feel better and it’s always nice to prioritize eating delicious citrus in the winter. Just remember being healthy is not all about cutting back!
